Обязанности:
To Manage all Technical & Engineering Support in Russia to ensure that the Resellers & Dealers:
Are provided with all necessary technical & engineering training, information & support in a timely & efficient manner
Are able to provide best in class service & support ensuring that customers can enjoy the full benefits of the products with minimum disruption & down time.
Are fully prepared in advance to support all future planned products
Develop & implement strategies for the improvement of the support function in line with MTBP, budget & other objectives
Manage/make regular filed surveys & reports & communicate results to Management
Keep Management regularly (weekly/monthly) updated as to critical issues
Manage (propose changes to) the warranty process & associated costs/rebates
Provide all information, supports & assistance to Sales & Marketing for product introductions/launch
To provide all support as requested by Sales & Marketing for training, events, exhibitions etc.
Hold regular meetings, seminars & workshops with major Resellers/Dealers to review performance & development
To carry out regular technical trainings & refresher courses for technical staff both in Moscow (training center) & outside in Regions
To provide motivation for Reseller/Dealer Technical Staff by the introduction of incentives/competitions
Manage to ensure the integrity of all database & electronic communication used
Co-ordinate the homologation & approval procedure for new & existing products
Manage to ensure that all technical documentation (electronic & hardcopy) is translated (where agreed) & distributed in a timely & cost effective manner
Define & manage projects & programmes to improve the support offered to include: Data exchange, Warranty, Training, Recycling, Returns
Propose & introduce new work practices & workflows to increase efficiency & reduce cost
To interface internally with Product Marketing & Sales
Other special tasks & projects on the instruction of superior
Manage the escalation procedure for reporting of problems & their solution
Ensure the product quality of filed, handling of quality filed problems; analysis of claims; reply to our customers
Требования:
- Высшее образование
- О/р по профилю от 3 лет
- Иностранные языки: английский - свободный
- Technical/Engineering qualification
- 5 years experience of international OA/IT business – service related
- Experience of managing a multi-diciplined group
- Good spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Computer & Networking literate
- Good strategic, analytical and conceptual skills
- Good communication/Presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Multi tasking & good organizational skills
- Creative & ability to work on own initiative
- International Orientation
- Availability to travel regularly
- Good people management skills
